Properties
Area of application: The joint cutter is primarily used to repair broken screeds using corrugated wire connectors and crack resin. To do this, the machine is used to make short cuts along a crack with a length of approx. 15 cm at intervals of approx. 30 cm. In less frequent applications, long cuts are made, for example to remove entire sections of screed. In conjunction with the guide rail available from WOLFF, it is even possible to cut tiles.
Precise cutting depth of up to 35 mm: The floor cutter enables precise depth adjustment, specially designed for processing different screed thicknesses.
Stepless depth adjustment: A finely adjustable setting allows the cutting depth to be flexibly adapted to the specific requirements of the material and the work situation, leading to optimum results - every time.
Cutting blade marking: This function facilitates precise cutting along the marked line and ensures maximum accuracy with every cut.
Ease of handling and ergonomic design: The EF 135 screed joint cutter is extremely easy to handle and makes work easier, even during long periods of use, as operator fatigue is minimized.

How does a floor cutter work?
A floor saw, such as the EF 135 floor saw, works with a rotating, high-speed diamond blade that cuts through the material. Equipped with a 1550 W motor, the machine delivers the necessary power to cut through hard building materials such as screed and other materials. The precise depth setting and cutting blade marking guarantee the most accurate cuts.
